Envirovillage creates programs based on community needs in urban and rural areas. The organization started developing programs in 2012 for low income youth in NE Portland. In 2019, Envirovillage provided community development, art, outdoor education and recreation activities to rural families in the Columbia Gorge. The organization provided business development support to a small organic farm in 2022. Envirovillage continues to sponsor outdoor recreation activities and is developing the Envirovillage Education Center.
